12 o'clock midnight is technically the start of a new day, so it is considered 12:00 AM or 12 midnight. On the other hand, 12 noon is the middle of the day, also known as 12:00 PM. So, 12 o'clock midnight is not the same as 12 noon. **

The best option depends on the specific requirements and capabilities of your system. If you have a newer system with compatible hardware, DirectX 12 may offer better performance and visual quality due to its improved efficiency and feature set. However, if your system is older or less powerful, DirectX 11 may be a more stable and reliable choice. Performance mode can be a good option if you prioritize smooth frame rates over visual fidelity, especially on lower-end hardware. Ultimately, it's important to test each option on your specific system to determine which one provides the best balance of performance and visual quality for your needs. **

12 PM is considered 12 o'clock, not 0 o'clock. In the 12-hour clock system, 12 PM represents noon, which is the middle of the day. On the other hand, 0 o'clock is typically used in the 24-hour clock system to represent midnight, the start of a new day. **

24 o'clock is typically understood to be 12 midnight. This is because the 24-hour clock system starts at midnight (00:00) and goes through the day until 23:59, which is one minute before the next midnight. So, 24 o'clock would refer to the end of the day, or 12 midnight. **
