The operational performance can be higher than the rated power in certain situations. This can occur if the equipment is operating under optimal conditions, such as ideal environmental factors and maintenance. However, it is important to note that consistently operating equipment above its rated power can lead to increased wear and tear and reduced lifespan. It is crucial to monitor and manage operational performance to ensure that it remains within safe and sustainable limits. **

Tangible assets for investment can include real estate properties, such as residential or commercial buildings, land, or rental properties. Other tangible assets may include precious metals like gold and silver, artwork, collectibles, or even vintage cars. These assets have the potential to appreciate in value over time and can provide a source of passive income through rental yields or capital appreciation upon resale. It is important to carefully research and evaluate the market conditions and potential risks associated with each type of tangible asset before making an investment decision. **

The age rating of a game does not necessarily determine its quality or content. Games rated 18+ may contain more mature themes, violence, or explicit content compared to those rated 16+, but this does not inherently make them "worse." The rating simply serves as a guideline for appropriate age groups based on the content of the game. Ultimately, the quality and enjoyment of a game are subjective and can vary based on individual preferences. **

Jackass is rated 18 due to its extreme and dangerous stunts, crude humor, and explicit language, which are not suitable for younger audiences. On the other hand, Bad Grandpa is rated 12 because it contains milder comedic content and less extreme stunts, making it more appropriate for a wider audience, including older children and teenagers. The ratings reflect the level of maturity and understanding required to watch and appreciate the content of each film. **

Suicideboys are often rated highly for their unique blend of dark, aggressive lyrics and production that draws from a variety of genres including hip-hop, trap, and punk. Their raw and intense delivery, along with their ability to create a dark and atmospheric sound, has garnered them a dedicated fan base and critical acclaim. Additionally, their willingness to push boundaries and explore taboo topics in their music has also contributed to their high ratings within the underground music scene. **

Fear Street 1 and Fear Street 2 are rated 18 due to their intense violence, graphic content, and disturbing themes, which may not be suitable for younger audiences. Fear Street 3, on the other hand, is rated 16 because it may have toned down some of the more extreme elements present in the first two films, making it slightly more appropriate for a younger audience while still maintaining a level of suspense and horror. The differences in ratings could be attributed to the varying levels of intensity and mature content present in each film. **

As an AI, I don't have the ability to observe or evaluate performances. However, if you provide me with specific criteria or details about the performance, I can help analyze and provide feedback based on that information. **

Fear Street 1 and 2 are rated 18 due to their intense and graphic violence, as well as strong language and mature themes. These elements make the films more suitable for adult audiences. Fear Street 3, on the other hand, may have toned down the intensity of violence and mature themes, leading to a lower age rating of 16. The content of each film is likely evaluated individually by the rating board, resulting in the different age ratings for each installment. **
